We have made some changes to the LVRC booking and payment process for training, events etc.
- Continue to book with the relevant committee member as set out on the What’s On page but DO NOT send payment to them or expect to give them cash on the day. They will notify Anne Shrubshall as treasurer of who has attended each session.
- We are now able to take payments direct into our bank account on line and this is our preferred method of payment. Please contact Anne at email@example.com for the bank account details if you would like to pay this way. If you wish you can make lump sum payments to be set against future event bookings.
- If you do not wish to pay on-line then payment must be sent direct to Anne Shrubshall at 131 Crediton Road, Okehampton EX20 1NZ.
Please note that payment should always be made in advance of the event and we would welcome your co-operation in this matter. Accounts that are in debt will be monitored and we reserve the right to refuse further bookings until the debt is cleared.
